Lead life on your terms, tells Nestle India Ltd CMD to MAHE graduates - Times of India
MANIPAL: Nestle India Ltd chief Suresh Narayanan had a easy recommendation for college kids of MAHE on the second day of its 28
th convocation on Saturday – It is your life and you should lead it on your phrases. Sharing insights from his profession path, Narayanan sought to put the circumstances underneath which they have been graduating – particularly the worldwide pandemic and the way one might form their lives to meet the challenges that this case has posed to humanity.

“Probably many of you might be thinking it is the worst time for the economy, worst time for society, worst time for mankind because this is the time of acute pain, distress, anxiety, a lot of uncertainty and where we do not know what tomorrow holds. Yet my young friends, this is a time of immense strength for us as human beings. This is the time, when we can, when you can, come together and do things that you want to do as well as you want to,” he stated.

Reminding them that difficulties are half of one’s life, he stated one ingredient that helps folks come out from these instances is their objective and values. Purpose is the guiding spirit of your life. This will not be materialistic however it’s what you need to be remembered for as a human being. It is essential to give it some thought when you’re younger. Then you’ll strive to obtain it as you undergo life and take a look at to obtain your objectives on the finish,” Narayanan stated.

Lt Gen (Dr) M D Venkatesh, vice-chancellor, MAHE, stated, “MAHE’s recent recognition as an institution of eminence by the ministry of education speaks for its myriad glory. MAHE has nurtured diverse talent. They have become world-global leaders like Satya Nadella and Rajeev Suri, leading meaningful changes and innovations in the world today,” he stated whereas wishing graduating college students’ success and hoping every of them will make MAHE proud.

Dr Dilip G Naik, professional VC, Mangaluru campus MAHE addressed the scholars. The Dr TMA Pai gold medal winners on the second day have been Sahil Garg, Manipal Institute of Technology; Gitanjali Jha, Manipal Institute of Communication; Gollapudi Sai Spandana, KMC Manipal and Silas Stefna, Manipal School of Life Sciences. Vasanthi R Pai, trustee, MAHE Trust, Dr H S Ballal, Pro-Chancellor and different MAHE officers have been current.
